John P. Carroll Company, the property management company for Kimberley North mailed out Annual Dues Notices (invoices) to all Kimberley North homeowners. *
- Payment due date: Thursday, April 1, 2021 to avoid late charges
- Dues amount: $250
- Make checks payable to: Kimberley North Improvement Association
- Mail or deliver payment to: JP Carroll Company, 29250 W. Nine Mile Road, Farmington Hills, MI 48336

Late payments:
- A late fee plus accrued interest will be assessed if your payment is not received by April 1, 2021.
- Additional late fees plus accrued interest will be charged monthly until payment is received.
Trash service payment:
- The cost for weekly trash pickup is no longer included in your annual dues.
- Green For Life (GFL) will bill you directly for trash pickup service. Do NOT send payments through JP Carroll Company.
