The Covenants and Restrictions of Kimberley North is an official document that stipulates the allowable uses, activities and restrictions regarding the homes in our subdivision. The document address matters such as property maintenance, keeping of livestock, commercial use and more. This document was first created around the time of the founding of our subdivision and has been amended only a few times. Despite its age, all residents are legally obligated to adhere to the terms of the document.
