Kimberley North Improvement Association (KNIA) is a neighborhood association for the owners of property in Kimberley North Subdivisions number 1, 2 and 3 – all located in the South 1/2 of Section 35, Town 2 North, Range 9 East, West Bloomfield Township, Oakland County, Michigan.

KNIA was organized in 1962 as a non-profit Corporation under the provisions of Act 327 of the Public Acts of 1931, as amended, of the State of Michigan.

Kimberley North subdivision is located on the north side of 14 Mile Road between Middlebelt and Northwestern. There are 250 homes in a park-like setting build it the mid-1960′s. There are mostly 2-story colonial homes with some tri-levels and a few ranch-style homes. Kimberley North is located in West Bloomfield, Michigan and is served by the Farmington Public Schools.

Features: City water, no fences, no sidewalks, large lots, many mature trees, brick and aluminum (or vinyl) sided homes, attached garages
